Our DG224 brushless alternator is a four-pole AC generator equipped with the standard SX460 automatic voltage regulator. It comes in one of the two types, either single bearing or double bearing type. The output voltage range and output power range are 120V-690V and 42.5KVA-103.8KVA, respectively, so requirements of common application are satisfied. The engine connectors comply with SAE 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 standards, and the disc couplings which are in compliance with SAE 71/2, 8, 10, 111/2, and 14 standards can also be provided. Thus, it is a universal product.

On the other hand, 12 wire winding is applied, and it can be rewound for single phase or three phase applications. The 4 wire winding is especially designed for single phase. In addition, this alternator is equipped with IP22/IP23 protection cover, so the operator is well protected. Available also is an optional excitation system that is usually used in the permanent-magnet motor.

This brushless alternator adopts H class insulation material with high thermal resistance coefficient, so good safety property is guaranteed. The stator is wound at the pitch of 2/3 which can effectively suppress the wave distortion of output voltage and reduce heat generation of magnetic field. Meanwhile, the rotor is processed by dynamic balance before assembly, and the perfect damper winding contributes to the reduction of temperature rise and voltage deviation under non-constant load. Our product has pretty good starting ability, and shows resistance to the wave distortion of stator output voltage caused by non-linear load, such as UPS and silicon controlled DC motor. In addition, our product is applicable under severe conditions.
