The thin blade of our cardboard slitter scorer is made of sharp tungsten steel. It is also equipped with electrical deviation-correcting device and electrical cutters. With high cutting-position adjustment ability, the cutter can rapidly adjust the slitting width according to the deviation in the cross direction of the traveling paper web. This cutting method can effectively avoid corrugation reversal and burrs thus ensuring a clean cutting edge, smooth surface, and a good linearity of the paperboard.

The cardboard slitter scorer can offer four blades with six creasing lines or five blades with eight lines. Its automatic grinding device ensures a sharp edge of the blade throughout the cutting process. The slitting knife can be sharpened at a required distance and time interval depending on the kind of paper material and slitting conditions.
