The light pole is made of high quality Q235 low-carbon steel, of which silicon content is not higher than 4 percent. The taper of the product ranges from 8/1000 to 14/1000 by using moulds with taper 10/1000 and 12/1000. The product gets polished by specialized devices, and then be painted with outdoor paint by means of electrostatic powder painting, which is better than spray painting in terms of mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, etc. Electrostatic powder painting also achieves lower cost than spray painting in the same circumstance.
