The HYPE-CUT2108 quartz laser cutting machine can cut miscellaneous non-metal materials according to customers’ actual requirements. It is especially fit for cutting the materials such as quartz plate. The main cutting component of the product is the laser with the power of 1500W. The generated laser beam has the wavelength of 10.6µm. Designed with the strokes of X, Y and Z axes of 2000mm, 1800mm and 400mm and the outside diameter of chuck ranging from 100mm to 360mm, the product can process large panels with the maximum size of 2000mm×1000mm and the weight of 500kg.
The quartz laser cutting machine is furnished with display screen and control buttons to decrease the operational difficulty for users. It is distinct from the manual cutting which needs high professional cutting technology and work intensity. Due to the positioning accuracy of X and Y axes of 0.02mm/m, repeated positioning accuracy of 0.01mm and maximum positioning speed of 10m/min, the product can reach up to high accuracy that manual cutting cannot get to. Meanwhile, it can cut out any complex shapes. Featuring high cutting quality, the product can make the cutting taper no greater than 0.2mm for the quartz plate with the thickness of less than or equal to 12mm.
