Structural Manifest
TFT Color display
The fetal and maternal monitor includes a fully integrated, foldable color TFT display designed with a wide viewing angle and capable of high resolution data presentation. Fetal and maternal data is displayed in easily visible, large numeric format. Other relevant information such as patient identification, date and time, alarm information, prompt and error messages are also designed to be clearly recognizable.
Transducer
The device is fitted with a water proof 12 elements/1MHz pulse Doppler transducer designed for high acuity care settings. This precision instrument is durable and extremely easy to clean and maintain.
Printer
The Unicare MARS B series fetal/maternal monitor comes with an on-board high resolution thermal printer. The printing width is adjustable at 112mm, 150mm. Trace print speed is customizable and can be recorded at 1, 2, or 3 cm/min. After initial power on, the device automatically prints the date, time, paper speed, and trace identification symbols for reference.
Alerts
In the event where a monitored statistic exceeds the predefined range, the device will proceed to execute a series of pre-programmed actions. First an alarm sounds off, and then an instantly recognizable alert message appears on the screen. The assigned numeric of the statistic responsible for setting off the alarm flashes repeatedly on the screen. Both visual alarms and audible alarms are adjustable and can be turned off or paused.
Fetal Monitoring
MARS B series fetal and maternal monitor offers non-invasive ultrasound, automatic fetal movement actogram, and external TOCO measurements
Connectors and Interfaces
The monitor is designed with a VGA connector for external display. What’s more, it supports TCP/IP or wireless connection to the central monitoring station. And the device has a transducer socket as well as a power inlet for the AC power supply.
