Introduction
1. This laser cutting machine has been widely used to cut such metals as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and etc. Equipped with no wearing parts, it is quite economical and cost effective.
2. The maximum running speed is 30M/min. The maximum cutting speed is 15M/min. Max. cutting thickness: 0.5-8mm carbon steel; 0.5-3mm stainless steel; 0.5-1.5mm aluminum.
3. It adopts O'laser CUT control system. The focus length is automatically adjustable.
4. This laser cutter mainly consists of laser power supply, laser, cooling system, drive motor, motion guide, converging mirror and controller.
5. The laser generates a laser beam, transmitted by optical fiber, then focused by the cutting head, and the beam finally acts on the surface of the material being processed. The molten pool forms by vaporization of the material or with the aid of cutting gases (mainly oxidation), and the material is cut.
Application
The cantilever type fiber laser cutting machine is usually applicable to continuous cutting of metal sheets.
It is used on aerospace aluminum, titanium alloy, stainless steel, mild steel, etc. Its common application areas are shipbuilding, railway, locomotive, automotive, pressure vessel, electric cabinet, and white goods.
