25mm PM Stepper Motor

As one of our basic products lines, the 25mm series of PM stepper motor is capable of working at a variety of the rated voltages such as 5VDC, 9VDC, 12VDC and 24VDC.

This stepper motor requires no teeth which are typically found in the variable reluctance (VR) stepper motor. This makes the PM stepper motor a popular choice for many motor applications.

Apparently being constructed with a housing of 25mm in diameter and by energizing the two or four phases in sequence, our PM stepper motor rotates smoothly on the attraction and repulsion between magnetic poles.

The PM stepper motor generally has a step angle of either 7.5 or 15 degrees. Choices of holding torques are made by designers, varying from 80g.cm to 200g.cm to better make the motor fit the final applications. Custom mounting plates and outleads as well as the connectors are available to meet your OEM designs.

Applications
The motor is widely applied in DVD, CD-ROM drivers, air swing for indoor unit of air conditioner, and valves in household water or gas systems.
