8 Series Resin-Free Pigment Paste for Coloring Water-Based Paint

It is common practice for water-based paint makers to buy their pigment in pre-dispersed forms as they consider it eco-friendly and cost effective.

If you are looking for a pigment paste to color your cotton, linen, polyester, acrylic fiber and various blended fabrics, please contact us now. When your fabrics that need to be colored have large-area skin contact, we recommend you to choose our CTH series pigment paste. In addition to dyeing textiles, our resin-free paste can be used to color wood, paper, paint for building, cement, and industrial detergent. For example, our product of 8913 and 8920 series developed in 2014 are high-performance pigment pastes for coloring exterior wall with water-based paint.

Good to Know
1. Available in either fluorescent or non-fluorescent pigments, our 8 series paste offers a full spectrum of colors in 36 types. For more information on colors, please refer to the color swatch card. Additionally, we can create new colors according to your specific requirements.
2. The high pigment content makes for good tinting strength and color vibrancy. It is an economical choice and is suitable for various water-based paints like latex paints for interior and exterior walls. The 8913 and 8920 high performance pigment paste for external wall painting with water-based paint features good stability, strong thixotropy, high corrosion resistance and little sediment. Containing little ethanediol and less APEO and VOC, this range of product is a new type environment friendly coating material.
3. High resistance to weathering, good light fastness, deep shade, and great hiding powder are the major advantages of our pigment paste when used to make paints for building, furniture and industrial uses.
4. The resin-free quality allows the paste to have a high affinity for water, water-based paint, latex paint, waterborne alkyd, acrylic, polyurethane, alkyd-acrylic, epoxy, amino-alkyd, polyester and modified resin paints.
5. High light fastness and resistance to weathering, this eco-friendly dyeing material is ideally suitable for the exterior wall and other outdoor coloring applications.
6. We are in the position to create and copy the exact color you want by virtue of the color matching software, electronic color swatch, and universal swatch book for building, realizing integration of colour modification.
7. In our pigment paste system, you can not find any heavy metals. Low content of volatile organic compound means the paste does little harm to the surrounding environment.

Important
1. Mix the pigment paste evenly before use. There might be particles settling out if the paste has long been unused. Therefore, be sure to mix the paste thoroughly and filter out the sediments.
2. The 8501 series black pigment paste would react with the thickener while you are making a black water-based paint. So, we recommend you to go with the 8503 series instead of 8501.
3. Red and brown pastes are easy to change their colors during dyeing, especially when you are using only a small quantity of them. Be sure to experiment these samples of pastes before using them for batch dyeing.

Process: Textile printing, drying (at 100°C for 3 minute), baking (at 150°C for 3 minutes)
