The plastics insulated and sheathed control cable is produced according to the standards of GB/T9330-2008 as well as GB/T19666-2005 (flame retardant and fire resistant wires and cables), and it refers to IEC227 while the voltage withstand ability is better than the requirement of IEC227.
Service Property
1. Rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V
2. Max. working temperature: 70℃ for common type, and 90℃ for XLPE insulated type.
3. Min. bending radius: 6 times of the cable outer diameter for unarmored type, and 12 times of outer diameter for armored type.
4. Min. ambient temperature when laying: -40℃ for fixed laying, and -15℃ for unfixed laying.
The available color marks include 10 choices which are white, red, black, yellow, blue, green, orange, grey, brown and purple, but we usually use digital marks. This control cable is suitable for control circuit, monitoring circuit and protecting line with rated voltage of 450/750V AC or lower.

Note: Here are two examples to further illustrate the table above.
Example 1: For a Cu core PVC insulated and sheathed Cu tape shielded control cable with 14 cores, if the conductor is A type with cross section of 1.5mm2, this product is names as KVVP2 14×1.5 (A).
Example 2: Under the condition that a control cable uses Cu core, XLPE insulation, PVC sheath as well as Cu wire woven screen, and the conductor is B type with 14 cores whose cross section is 4.0mm2, it is expressed as KYJVP 14×4 (B).
Delivery Length
1. The cable coil length is 100m, and the drum length should be longer than 100m.
2. Short cable with length of no less than 20 meters is also accepted, but its amount should not exceed 5% of the total length for product with 24 cores or fewer, while the proportion should be below 10% for product having more than 24 cores.
3. The cable length can be negotiated, and the length error is within ±0.5%.
