SKLN Counterflow Cooler

The SKLN series counterflow cooler is a cooling machine especially designed for cooling granule after pelleting and puffing with high temperature and high humidity. Due to its drying function, it is also called a counter-flow dryer. Since the contact between the hot material and the cold air is avoided, the surface cracking of granule will not occur.

To meet different manufacturing requirement of customers, the counterflow cooler we offer can be classified into five models, with the maximum production capacity of 20 tons per hour. It is your optimum choice if you need a food cooler, feed cooler, or other styles of pellet cooler for cooling of granules.

Features of the Counterflow Cooler
Integrated with world's advanced cooling technology, this cooling equipment has the following features.
1. The temperature of the granule cooled can be controlled within 3-5℃ higher than the room temperature and the moisture loss is no less than 3%.
2. The discharging device of the counterflow cooler can be flexibly removed. The operation of the device is reliable.
3. The top of the industrial cooling system is made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. So the service life of the product is longer.
