Applications of the Rotary Screen
The SFJH series rotary screen can be used to screen and classify the material in the state of powder or granule in feed mill.
Also, the rotary screening machine is applicable for preliminary cleaning of raw material or grading the semi-finished product after regrinding in the large and medium-sized feed mill.
Additionally, this rotary screen can also be applied in foodstuff industry, grain depot, chemical industry, sugar industry, mining and papermaking industry for selecting raw material and finished product.

Features of the Rotary Screen
1. The screening of the material is conducted through the motion of the sieve. The moderate and balanced inertial force at each direction makes sure the rotary screener features low noise and small vibration during operation.
2. The sieve of the rotary screen works in periodical cycle between elliptic motion and reciprocal rectilinear motion. The sifter cleaning device is conducive to the high screening efficiency and the low energy consumption.
3. The reinforced engine base ensures the stable operation of the rotary sieve. According to the conditions of the processing site, this product can be provided with hanging structure, which is easy for customers to transform the machine.
4. The sieve frame is provided in modular structure. It is much easier and faster to replace the sieve of the rotary sifter.
