The welded steel gas cylinder is intended to containlow pressure liquefied gas, such as liquefied propane, propylene, anhydrous ammoniaand more. It delivers a safe, reliable and energy saving performance, and contributesto environmental protection.
Advantages:
The welded gas bottle works well under normaltemperatures ranges (-40 to 60°C) and it is available in 4 different models whosewater capacities are 35.5L, 40L, 74L, and 118L respectively.
Thecylindrical body, top and bottom domes, and other pressure parts areconstructed from killed steel which is processed using open hearth furnaces,electric furnaces or oxygen converters. These components have great welding andstamping properties on this propane gas cylinder.
Allthe metal arts welded onto the cylindrical body match well with the basematerial, and the tensile strength of the welding seam is not lower than thatof the base material.
Applications:
The welded steel gas cylinder is a refillable gas tank that can be filled with liquefiedpropane or propylene in order to implement flame cutting for metal materials.It can be used in various fields, including chemical engineering, rubberprocessing, plastic production, water treatment pharmaceutical manufacturing,light industry and more.
