QMY4-45 Block Making Machine

Introduction
The QMY4-45 block making machine, also known as egg laying block machine, adopts three-phase AC power supply. With powerful driving force and compact vibration, it is used to manufacture hollow blocks, standard bricks, grass planting bricks and other kinds of block. Its output is as high as 3900 PCS every 8 hours. It is suitable for working on the level ground. Once raw materials are moulded into blocks, the product will raise the molding flask. The operator ought to turn the hand wheel, so as to move forward the driving wheel through the chain wheel. A universal steering gear may be employed to make a turn, if necessary. The cycle time is only 45 seconds, which effectively gains time and lowers labor cost.

Features
1. The chassis with four wheels and a four-bar linkage is applied to ensure stable and continuous production. The product can operate without pallets, which reduces production cost.
2. Different from traditional block shaping machines, our block making machine is equipped with a traveling motor and controlled by an integrated circuit plate. The operator can just press a button to move the machine to the next station.
3. The upper and lower moulds vibrate simultaneously, so as to pick up the speed of pressing mould and improve the firmness of raw materials.
4. The lifting mould speed of the motor is increased to economize on manpower.
