Motor Rotor

Normally, our motor rotor adopts silicon steel laminations. However, on the basis of customers' application needs, the product can also use carbon steel such as Q235 and 45 models. Meanwhile, the maximum diameter of the product can reach 1 meter, and different surface processing method is applied in accordance with actual situation for rust resistance.

With the commitment to offer better motor rotor, we have been updating our manufacture equipment. At present, we have CNC lathe, milling machine, gantry processing center and vertical gantry mill, etc. Therefore, our quality-ensured product is widely used in wind turbine motor, torque motor, linear motor and electric bicycle motor, etc.
