Iron Core Electromagnet
The iron core electromagnet includes winding, iron core and armature. The product is mainly applied to industrial robot, fire door, ventilation equipment and general safety device, etc. The voltage usually falls into 12V DC and 24V DC.
Working principle
The iron core electromagnet converts electric energy into mechanical energy. When electricity flows in the winding, the core is magnetized and exhibits electromagnetic waves around it. Therefore, the core can attract magnetically conductive materials. When electricity is off, the magnetic field therewith disappears. As a result, the product can be used for material separation, industrial lifting and clutch brake, etc.
