The maximum diameter of the product reaches 600mm with tolerance Class 5. Generally, the tolerance class can be Class 6 to 7. The product is applicable to all kinds of motors in need of high precision, such as AC servo motor, DC servo motor and large electric generator.

We use CNC lathe and outside diameter grinding machine, etc. The commonly used material in motor shaft production includes C45, 40Cr and 40CrMoNiA, etc. The surface of the product is black oxide coated.
