Motor Stator Windings

We have two methods for motor stator windings which are hand inserted and automatic machine wound (including automatic winding for tooth stator). The choice is depending on products characteristics.

As for the insulating paper for motor stator windings, NMN and Mylar are the most common materials we use. The enameled wire and insulating material of the product reach Class H for most, and UL certified insulating material can be used in accordance with customers' needs. Besides, vacuum pressure impregnation process is applied after winding is finished.
