1.Brightness Adjustable
The LED bulb comes with a triac dimmer used for adjusting brightness.

2. Reliable
The light has quick response and is able to work normally even if being frequently turned on and off. The life expectancy of the product is as long as 25000 hours, during which you do not need to do frequent maintenance or replacement. After running for 25000 hours, the light maintains a luminous flux of no less than 70% of the value at the very beginning.

3. Highly Effective
To produce the same illumination effect, the product consumes no more than 20% of the energy used by an old fluorescent light. To be specific, a 4W or 7W LED light performs the same as a 25W or 40W fluorescent light.

The product does not contain mercury. It is driven by DC power, so there is no stroboflash.

Because the light uses the standard E27 joint, it can be directly installed on an existing light bracket to replace the old fluorescent light.

Quality Control
1. We require that the position of all the electronic elements should not be too high after the surface mounting process, there should no be false welding, and the solder paste should cover two thirds of the surface area of the pedestals of electronic elements.

4. Thickness of solder paste must be bigger than two thirds the height of the base of an element.

2. The light bulb must be deeply screwed into the light holder to realize firm connection. There should be no looseness or gap between the light holder and bulb. Internal electrical wires should be completely covered by the light holder.

3. The gap between the heat sink and the light holder should not be wider than 0.2mm.

4. The light emitting diodes must not be damaged by high temperature during the welding process.

5. The insulation adhesive must be sprayed evenly and completely cover the welding point and the electrical wire. The adhesive should not stain the light emitting diodes.

6. Workers must wear white cotton gloves to prevent contamination of LED bulbs. Workers who have direct contact with electronic elements must wear antistatic wrist straps.
