Machine for Steel Pin Insertion

The picture on the right shows a bridge-like structure with white paint, which is called the machine for steel insertion. Underneath the machine, there is a frame that is painted red. The frame is connected to the machine via the frame seat. Beneath the frame, there are lines of vertical steel pins. These pins make it easier for the reinforcing mesh to be hanged onto them.

This machine is used to insert the reinforcing mesh into the concrete via the lowering motion of the holding frame.

Features
1. The machine can clamp tightly onto the steel pin holding frame or release it.
2. Two machines are used to lower the holding frame. Each machine comes with a separate winch. Two winches are capable of letting out or winding in the steel wire ropes simultaneously.
3. A guiding device ensures a precise positioning of the reinforcing mesh into the concrete slurry.
