The RBL1-6 irregular glass edging machine is suitable for grinding and polishing round glass, oval glass and other special-shaped glass for round edges, square edges, bevel edges and OG edges.

Mechanical Parts and Features
1. The machine base is fabricated as a whole via casting process, and other parts are constructed by high strength cast iron through manual aging treatment. As a result, high strength and long-term working precision are guaranteed.
2. During working process, the glass is adsorbed onto the vacuum sucker, and an auxiliary motor drives the rotary disc or one independent planetary part on the rotary disc to rotate. In addition, the rotation speed can be adjusted freely when working.
3. This irregular glass edging machine is capable of semi-automatic grinding for simple-shaped irregular glass with the help of cylinders. When grinding peripheries, three grinding wheels are required to carry out rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing treatments. For bevel edges, bowl-shaped grinding wheel is needed, and the grinding head should be tilted backwards to adjust bevel angle.
