Structural Features
1. Electrolyte
Made from the German aerosol, the electrolyte presents in gel state and does flow inside the finished tubular gel battery. Hence, there is no fluid leakage or layering phenomenon.


2. Plate
The positive plate adopts the tubular plate which availably prevents the coming off of the active materials. The framework of the positive plate is made from the multi-alloy via die-cast formation, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and long working life.


The negative plate is a pasted plate with a special grid structure, thus improving the use ratio of active materials and the cell discharging capability under the large current, and also enhancing the charge acceptance.


3. Cell shell
The shell of the tubular gel battery made from ABS materials features corrosion resistance, high intensity, attractive appearance, high sealing reliability with the cover as well as no leakage possibility.


4. Safety valve
With a special structure and the appropriate pressure for opening or closing, the safety valve reduces the moisture loss and avoids the drying up of the electrolyte as well as the swell and rupture of the shell.


5. Terminal
The built-in lead-based terminal post with copper core possesses large current carrying capacity and high corrosion resistance.
