Our brake shoe has passed the test of SAE standards. Quality steel is adopted in the steel plate and high frequency quenching is applied to the shoe so as to intensify its strength and abrasion resistance. Besides, high frequency quenching is also employed in the big and small feet of the steel hoof. The rivet hole, which fixes the friction plate, adopts drilling jig. This adoption ensures proper pitch and tolerance between rivet holes as well as the reliability of riveting. The surface of the product, which is rather beautiful in appearance, is processed by electrophoretic coating and spraying plastics. Besides, the brake shoe also has a strong performance of rust resistance. Our quality product sell well in the United Kingdom and Italy and it is suitable for various models of vehicles such as VOLVO, BENZ, SCANIA, DAF, SAF, MAN, YORK, BPW, ROR, MERITOR, WEBB, SMB, HINO, etc.
