ASY-D Gravure Printing Machine

Main Configurations
1.Our gravure printing machine comprises the main motor with inverter, automatic tension controller for unwinding and dual torque motor for rewinding.
2. Working at high speed, the product supports manual roll changing without halt.
3. Due to special systems, it allows automatic tracking on color register and automated ink circulating.
4. While mounting the printing form, the pneumatic device without shaft is employed.
5. This product uses dual pneumatic cylinders for impressing.
6. Its doctor blade can be adjusted in three directions and powered by motor for moving from side to side.
7. The sealed drying oven is involved in drying system with intelligent control on temperature.
8. The gravure printing machine adopts air cooling system to decrease the temperature of the film.
