GDASY-B Gravure Printing Machine

This GDASY-B gravure printing machine is an intermediate product developed during the economic depression in 2008. As one of our flagship products, it has solid and wide customer base at home and abroad, like India, Pakistan, Iraq, Zambia, etc. This product is mainly involved in printing paper, BOPP, PET, PVC, CPP, PE, PVC shrink film, nylon film and other laminated films with the same performance.

Main Configurations
1.Apart from Yaskawa inverter, the machine employs the Siemens PLC and Weinview touching screen operating interface for rewinding from Taiwan, as well as three motors for drive.
2. At high speed operation, the product allows manual roll changing without stop.
3. It also uses the automatic color register tracking system and inspection system for stationary frame.
4. As for mounting printing form, the pneumatic device without axle is adopted.
5. Aside from the double pneumatic impressing cylinders and self locking device in the impression system, the impression roller is adjusted in limited vertical position, which is convenient for color register and preventing the cylinder from leaking air.
6. This gravure printing machine also adopts the automatic ink circulating system.
7. Under the drive of motors, the doctor blade moves from side to side, even three directions.
8. Designed in hot air circulating structure, the drying system of the product is composed of external drying oven and intelligent temperature controller.
9. Working with air and water, the cooling system is used to decrease the temperature of the thin film.
