Furring Channel Track / Wall Track (28mm,16mm)

The furring channel track is manufactured to assist suspended ceiling installation. Following is a general description of the installation processes for the product.
Before the suspended ceiling installation, the wall track should be fixed along both walls and at 90 degrees to the direction of the furring channel.
Next, cut the suspension rod to the desired length, and attach the suspension clips to each end of the rod.
After that, please use suitable fittings to fix the suspension rod assembly to one side of truss, purlin or concrete at required centers, when the furring channel track is utilized. If the wall track isn't utilized, please make sure the first and last top cross rail is no more than 200mm from the end of each furring channel.
Then, use locking keys to connect the top cross rail and furring channel, and be sure the space between the furring channels complies with the specifications required by building board manufacturers.
Finally, use jointers to connect furring channels end to end, and be sure the furring channels are connected into the track.
