Our PE water/gas supply pipe extrusion line adopts a high-efficiency extruder. Controlled by computer, it features high degree of automation, maintenance-free, and long cycle. Its screw makes use of the special mixing components accompanied with both barrier and mixing head. Its new type slotted barrel offers wonderful plasticizing and mixing effect, which can ensure high-speed and high-performance extrusion. Additionally, this line is equipped with a dedicated extruder for marking line on PE pipes.

The PE large-diameter thick-wall pipe die head takes advantage of the most advanced spiral type or blue type die head technology. Then, the extrusion process can be stable and reliable. By utilizing liquid film lubrication and liquid ring type cooling technique, the requirement of PE material can be fully satisfied, and the stability of both diameter and roundness can be ensured during the high-speed production of thick-wall pipes.

Moreover, this PE water/gas supply pipe extrusion line comes with an ovality correcting device, specially designed multi-step vacuum and cooling equipment, as well as a unique high-pressure cooling system. In this way, the extrusion of large-diameter and high-pressure grade PE pipe can be well ensured.

The haul-off machine can adopt either three or six pedrails in line with the specification of required pipes. The speed control system imported from Europe makes the operation stable and reliable. The cutter is planetary cutting type.
