This SBG63 HDPE/PP/PVC double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line developed by our company is the first small-sized double wall corrugated pipe production line throughout the world. It can continuously produce the corrugated pipe made from various types of raw materials, such as PE, PP, CPVC, and other materials. Internal diameter of this pipe ranges from 32mm to 63mm.

For stable molding process, our double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line utilizes the direct extrusion forming technique of high-speed and high-efficiency single-screw extruder. In addition, the extrusion die head possesses unique structure. Owing to the closed-structure molding machine and the gear-drive mould blocks, the production speed can be ultra high. This entire production line is characterized by simple operation, high reliability, and high degree of automation.
