Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line

Our single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line can be used for the continuous production of the pipe constructed from diversified raw materials, such as PE, PP, EVA, PVC, and other materials. This line is subjected to the gear-drive mould block and mould plate water-cooling process, as well as the finished product air-cooling process. In this way, the corrugated pipe possesses such merits as high molding speed, uniformly distributed corrugated shape, consistent seams, and smooth walls.

This single wall corrugated pipe can be widely applied in such fields as electrical cable glands, automotive cable glands, protecting pipes, machine tools, food packaging machinery, electric locomotive, engineering installation, lamps and lanterns, as well as automated instrumentation, among others.
