Our double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line makes use of two PE high-speed and high-efficiency single screw extruders, as well as a dual-channel structure co-extrusion head. This can ensure the uniform thickness of both inner and outer walls, as well as stable molding process.
The molding machine is designed with horizontal structure and shuttle transmission. Additionally, it is equipped with an advanced water-cooling system, a vacuum forming system, a unique online double-layer pipe-expanding function, as well as a perfect automatic lubrication system. The aluminum alloy molding module is driven by Germany Siemens servo motor. The professional PLC dual-blade rotary cutting machine from Siemens provides simple and responsive operation.
The whole HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line comes with a specialized PLC control system from Germany Siemens, as well as a 15" ultra-large colored touch screen. It is characterized by high degree of automation, reliable operation, and easy operation. With remote communication function, this line can realize the remote fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
