Steel Wire Heading Machine
This HYD steel wire heading machine is our latest developed equipment which is convenient in use, high in working efficiency, and simple in structure. It is ideal for any scale precast yards. Moreover, this machine is applicable for both pre-tensioning and post-tensioning methods.
When using, operate the oil pump after you connecting it with the heading machine. Oil enters into the cylinder to push the piston, making the steel wire tightly clamped by the clamping piece. When the pressure reaches certain value, the one-way valve opens to let oil get into the clamping piston cavity. Under such condition, the steal wire heading happens. The machine stops working when the pressure reaches the rated value. All the parts realize automatic reset under the act of the return spring.
