Product Instruction
1. Our QT4-20A2 concrete block making machine can be used to make bridge girder, slop-protection brick, paving brick, and many others. It works automatically.
2. It is a four-pillar jolt-squeeze molding brick making machine that can one time form several concrete products. Consequently, it consumes less electricity and needs lower labor cost. The centralized transportation and stacking of concrete products can be realized as well.
3. It is a multi-functional machine, since its mold can be freely adjusted. You can easily, rapidly change the mold.
4. Only 10 pallets are required. The concrete block can be stacked without being dried.

Output per Shift
Standard Block: 50,000 pieces of 238*115*51mm blocks per 8 to 10 hours.
Floor Tile: 20,000 pieces of 100*200*60mm floor tiles
Hollow Block: 80 cubic meters per day.
