3PE anticorrosion steel pipe production line comes with the shot blasting equipment that mainly serves to remove the rust on the surface of steel pipe. It also adopts our patented electromagnetic heating equipment. In comparison with the intermediate frequency heating equipment, it can help customers reduce the electric power by 40% to 60%. Moreover, the electromagnetic type heating speed is faster than the intermediate frequency type.

In addition, this 3PE anticorrosion steel pipe production line is equipped with the epoxy powder thermal spray equipment that can apply a coating of epoxy powder to the surface of steel pipe in prevention of oxidation. The thickness of epoxy powder ranges from 60 to 80μm. This production line is mostly used to produce high density of polyethylene with the thickness of 2mm to 5mm. Also, it takes advantage of the PLC control to provide easy operation and strong resistance to interference.
