When the steel eccentric reducer is erected, the projection of the product will show a small circle and a big circle in relationship of inner contact. Compared with the concentric type, this product has a flat side so that it is convenient for exhausting air or liquid, examining and fixing. Therefore, the product is suitable for installing on the horizontal liquid pipelines. When the nozzle of the product is installed on the top, it is called top level installation and this product helps to exhaust air at the entry of the pump. While its nozzle is at the bottom, it is called bottom level installation and the product is used for mounting the control valve to clean the pipe.

This steel eccentric reducer is commonly made with low carbon with less than 3% alloy elements. Added with varied elements on production, our product gets various properties and different levels of strength, such as resistance against abrasion, corrosion, low or high temperature and high magnetism, etc. In addition, this product can be connected in multiple methods, like to be compressed, clamped, , pushed, screwed, socket welded, articulated with flange connection, welded and other connection ways combined with welding.
