High Intensity Magnetic Separator

The CTG series highintensity magnetic separator is both energy efficient andenvironmental friendly. Our machinefeatures the optimal combination between the magnetic drumseparator and the magnetic roll separator, resulting in more efficient iron removal.

The rotary drum itself implements an innovative magnetic compensation systemthat enables a larger magnetic field and stronger magnetism. In addition, ourrange of magneticseparation system can be optionally designed with a flip style drum togreatly increase the cleaning efficiency. Thesurface magnetic field of the rotary drum can achieve up to 8000Gs, and theoperation frequency may be finely tuned to accommodate various granular sizesand volume specifications.

The magnetic roller for the high intensitymagnetic separator is based on themulti-magnet combo series, its magnetic field can reach as high as 18000Gs andits gradient is estimated to be even higher. The conveyor belt utilized by the magnetic roller is specially made fromdurable materials, and retains excellent anti-abrasion qualities.

We have incorporated an adjustable feed system into our high intensity permanent magnetic separator, to guarantee the uniform passage of materials throughthe effective zone of the magnetic field. Also included on-board is an automatic sanitation system that removesweakly magnetic oxidizing agents for the unhindered operation of themachine. We have left an opening for thedust removal mouth, which allows for the environmental friendly emission ofcentralized dust.
