The CTY series wet drum permanentmagnetic separator is designed for residual mineral treatment prior tothe grinding process.  It features a mineral depositbox capable of evenly distributing its contents, which guarantees uniform entryinto the rotary drum.  The drum itself iscoated with wear-resistant ceramic, greatly extendingits potential service life. 

Our wet drum permanent magnetic separatorcan process granules with diameters of up to 16mm.  Residualmineral deposits contain less magnetizable content,with a 1 to 3% drop over residual slurry produced byconventional magneticseparation equipment. 

The wet drum magnetic separator is designedwith a 138° wide angle, which significantly increases itseffective sifting range and allows for a 2 to 4% increase in high puritymineral yield.  It is recommended for therotary drum to be kept with a steady level of liquid, to better facilitateextraction.
