plays an important role in crushing hard and brittle materials into piece, such as rock, grinding material, refractory material, cement clinker, quartzite, iron ore and concrete aggregate, and it is especially suitable for sand and sandstone making for construction and road paving.

Working Principle of Sand Making Machine

The material falls into the sand making machine via the hopper. Then, it is divided into two parts by the material separator. One part enters into the high-speed turning impellers from the center of the separator, and is then rapidly accelerated with the velocity being greater hundreds of times than the gravity acceleration. After that, it is thrown out through 3 well-distributed flow passes of the impellers. It firstly crushes with the materials scattering around the separator and then they altogether hit against the material lining inside the vortex cavity and then are bounced to the top of the vortex cavity and move downwards. The materials emitted from the impeller form a continuous material curtain. And the materials are hit, grinded and polished for 2 or more times in the vortex crushing cavity. Finally, they are discharged through the discharge opening in the lower part of the machine.
