Our ZDCQ-600-4hydraulic bridge cutting machineis an improved model of ZDCQ-400 automatic bridge cutting machine with4 hydraulic pumps for fast, stable, and powerful up–down cutting. It isused to cut marble, granite, and artificial stone. With its maximum 600mm diamond disk and a 15kw main motor, itcan handle thicker slabs. Besides, the magnetic linear tracks, Omron encoder,and PLC automatic control system improve the cutting accuracy.

The table of hydraulic bridge cutting machine which is made in steel, is 3200mm long and 2000mm wide, and has a 600kg load capacity. It can tilt up to 85degrees to ensure easier slab loading by hydraulics. It can rotate 45 and 90degrees automatically, and can be positioned at all degrees semi-automaticallyby hydraulic break.

Our bridge cutting machine has the ability to cut blocks measuring 3200mm long, 3200mm wide and 160mm thick.
