SKJ-80 gang saw machine, with its maximum 80blades, is used to cut marble blocks of different thickness and sizes. It has aroughly parallelepiped shape with an overall workable length of 3.25 meters,height of 2 meters, width of 2 meters, which enables it to process the maximumslab dimensions of 3250X2000X2000mm.Gang saw is an ideal marble tile processing machine for the high cuttingaccuracy, the uniform slab thickness after each cutting, and the fast cuttingspeed of about 10 to 40cmper hour.

A 110 KW power electric motorproduces a crank mechanism that makes the cutting through belt transmission.The gang saw machine is controlled by computerized numerical control, whichoffers automatic cutting.

The gang saw machine is mountedwith parallel and hydraulic tensioned blades which are made of steel withsintered diamond plates. The blocks to be cut are hoisted by a skip car whichis vertically moved by four supporting columns and is operated by four sets ofscrews and nut screws. Through a toothed gearing, the four screws are connectedto both a high and low downward speed gear motor unit.

Hydrostatic guideways and a hydraulic tensioner are also optional to install to facilitatethe cutting process.
