The SG laser engraving machine is specially designed for high-speed cutting. It adopts the latest digital control software, glass sealed-off CO2 laser, continuous circular water cooling system, imported linear guide rail configuration and a fast stepper motor. These advanced devices and integrated steel frame structure ensure great working performance with high precision and stability.

This engraving machine supports rotary devices and can engrave on curve surfaces. Perfect mechanical configuration ensures the overall stability and makes curve cutting free from saw tooth, vibration and noise. Original drawings can be directly output, which is more favorable to clients’ on-site design requirements. Array output, fixed-point output and analog output are all supported. Because of the free definition of the engraving sequence, total or partial output in one time can be easily achieved.

Our laser engraving machine can engrave many kinds of common non-metal materials, such as organic glass, wood, leather, cloth, plastic, rubber board used in printing, double color plates, synthetic crystals, horns, cardboards, density boards, marbles, etc. The engraving is fast, smooth and free of the traditional laser processing’s efficiency constraint. A newly-added 360º comprehensive engraving slope function makes the machine more powerful.

The laser engraving machine has a safe and stable protecting system which can automatically cut off the power when there is no water. It uses an iron cellular base plate, so the table is firmer and flatter. Because of the adoption of flywheel with its gear ratio three to one, the engraving is smoother. The funneled receiving-waste device ensures easy disposal of the waste.

This machine can run in Windows98/2000/XP/Vista systems. Its latest software is compatible with many graphics processing software, such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, CoreLDRA, etc. It can be used offline and the laser intensity is controllable. The operating cost is low and the cutting is uniform. Processing efficiency can be doubled by using two laser tubes.
