Our Dongfeng 3 axle LPGsemi trailer is a special-purpose vehicle used to store and transport theliquefied petroleum gas. It comes with an overall dimension of 11240 × 2490 ×3980 mm, a rated load of 23560 kg, and the fifth wheel achieves a maximumloading capacity of 16000 kg. In addition, the truck chassis is equipped with12 tons BPW axle. Our company not only provides customers with high quality LPGsemi trailer, but also supplies the original parts for ease of maintenance.
This LPG semi trailer isprovided with single-flow and two-valve tank. The tank is made of Q345R steelplate, which has good mechanical and technological properties, and is the mostcommon special steel plate for pressure vessel. In addition, the semi-trailertank has a total size of 10920 × 2426 mm. It is filled with liquid ammonia,with the filling ratio reaching 0.52t/m3. It also features 1mm corrosionallowance, 2.16MPa design pressure, and 50 ° C design temperature. What’s more,the tank of this LPG semi trailer is equipped with pressure indicator andtemperature gauge to facilitate the control of pressure and temperature. Fireextinguisher, emergency shut-off valve and other protective equipment are alsoavailable in case of dangerous situations.
