Our air compressor stationconsists of one or more screw air compressors and post-processing unit,including air receiver, pre-filter, dryer, after-filter and final-filter. In a situation where two ormore air compressors share one set of post-processing unit, the equipment forpost-processing should be chosen according to the demand of compressed air. Ifone of the air compressors is used as standby, the equipment forpost-process should be chosen to match the maximumair flow.

The figure above shows a typical air compressor station. The compressed air isdelivered into the air receiver and then to the pre-filter of class P. An airdryer is used to remove the water vapor within the compressed air. Theafter-filter of class A would further purify the compressed air to the extentthat the size of dust particle is smaller than 1 um and the oil contentis less than 0.1 ppm. Ifthe air compressor station is equipped with afinal filter of class F, the size of particle wouldbe smaller than 0.01 um, while the oil content is less than 0.01 ppm.
