The common mode inductor iron core has goodfrequency characteristics as well as good temperature stability, and it canwork at temperature from -55 ℃to 130 ℃ forlong hours. 1. The common mode inductor iron core has a saturation magneticinduction density of 1.25T with initial permeability of 80,000. Its Curietemperature is over 560℃with a maximum permeability of 200,000. Crystallization temperature of thecommon mode inductor iron core is above 500℃and comes with coercivity less than 2A/m. Iron loss of the common mode inductoriron core is less than 25w/kg under 20kHz, 0.5T, and less than 70w/kg under100kHz, 0.2T. It has a saturation magnetostriction coefficient lower than 2×10-6and can operate under the temperature of -55 – 130 ℃continuously for long hours. The residual magnetic flux density of the commonmode inductor iron core ranges from 0.5T to 0.8T, and the iron loss rate ofchange is less than 15% under temperature of -50 – 130℃.
