Wear resistant alloy steel coating head is utilized, featuring long service life and high coating precision; High accuracy positioning is reached due to the free adjustable coating head.
An automatic tension control system is equipped on the rewind/unwind unit, ensuring constant tension during the rewind/unwind process.
A web guiding system is used to provide smooth coating.
The adhesive amount supplied is controlled by the metering pump, allowing for precise control.
