Featuring with compact size and easy operation, the hot melt coating machine is designed with a coating width up to 200mm, which is an ideal hot melt coating machine for elastic bandages with narrow web.
Partial or full coating is realized by utilizing transfer coating; Coating weight can be freely adjusted to meet different application needs.
With high coating stability, roll coating with zero tension is suitable for the coating of elastic substrates featuring no stretch and deformation.
An automatic web guiding system provides smooth material feeding.
Coating technique can be customized according to customer needs.
