Hot Melt Laminator for Fabric (RF1800-S Series)

RF1800 hot melt laminator features a modular structure, allowing for easy and convenient installation and operation. This hot melt adhesive laminating equipment can be equipped with a transfer coating system with Anilox roll or slot die coating system upon request. It also can be configured with a Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) hot melt adhesives processing system or hot melt extrusion system based on different needs.

Adopting PUR hot melt adhesives, the hot melt laminating machine is suitable for the lamination of non-woven fabric, medical products, automotive interiors, shoe materials, clothing fabrics, etc. The composite materials laminated by the hot melt laminator features wear resistance, good adhesion, high elasticity, oil resistance and so on.
