1. Features
HYCM/S Mobile concrete mixing plant is a new type product specially designed by our company. With the compact structure, it finishes most of mixing functions in the chassis; aggregate, electronic weighing, hoisting, mixing are all integrated. Our concrete mixing plants are easily to move and install, so they are widely used in all kinds of concrete construction projects like road-paving, bridge, dam, etc.

1.1. Excellent concrete mixing performance
Concrete mixing plants helps mixed material reach homogeneity in the shortest time. It is suitable for various mixing ratios such as hard, half-dried and plastic materials.

1.2. Simple operation
The concrete mixing plant is controlled by computer and can also be altered to manual operation upon request. The running conditions of all components can be observed on the dynamic panel; at the same time, the operation data can be saved and printed.

1.3. Precise and reliable weighing
No matter the weighing elements are aggregate, powder and water, or control element, they all adopt imported elements. Sampling speed can achieve 120 times/second to ensure high quality and reliable performance.

1.4. Convenient and fast transition
The whole structure is pull-type design, the proportioning machine, belt conveyor, concrete mixer, screw conveyor and powder tanks are all designed in independent structure. This plant is fast to take down and install in transition.

1.5. Environmental friendly
All the powdery materials, from proportion, weighing, feeding, mixing to discharging, are all carried on under sealed conditions. Mixing platform and sealed aggregate belt conveyor largely reduce dust, noise and vibrating pollution.
