Componentsof Soil Mixing Plant
1. Aggregate batching system
(1) Pressure sensor is adopted in the weighing system: stable signal and lowfailure;
(2) Back-driving is applied for the batch weigher: soour stabilized mixing plant has a stable and an accurate weighing;
(3) Belt weighing system is composed of frequency control device andphotoelectric encoder velometer; the weighing system,combined with precise weighing compensation, can keep production continuity.
(4) Skirt-rim belt is available in our Soil Mixing Plant, which can effectivelyprotect the precision of weigher.
(5) Special batch plant is available for materials with a large proportion ofsoil.
2. Concrete weighing system
(1) Adopted variable frequency spiral weighing technology;
(2) The whole weighing process is proceed in closed condition: no pollution, nowasting.
3. Water weighing system
Adopted target type flowmeter and electrical controlin our Soil Mixing Plant: remote control is permissible (A press on the buttonon the control panel will finish the setting and adjusting of water amount)
4. Mixing machine
(1) Liner-free structure contributes to the longer service life and good wearresistance of the mixing machine;
(2) Shaft-mounted speed reducer is equipped: so the mixing machine of our SoilMixing Plant has a stable performance and lower operation failure;
(3) External axle end bearing further guaranteed a stable operation and longerservice life of the mixing machine;
(4) Synchronizing gear: High efficiency lubricating and as a result reducednoise pollution and prolonged service life.
5. Mixing machine frame
(1) H-steel Beam contributes to the stable operation of mixing machine andprecise weighing of materials;
(2) User-friendly design: there are maintenance platform andoperator-protection device around the mixing machine;
6. Electric control system
(1) Simple operation for the simple and clear design of control panel;
(2) Reliable performance: International brand PLC and frequency converters areadopted in our concrete batching plant.
(3) Self-diagnosis and failure alarming function is available in our concretebatching plant;
(4) Production data can be saved and printed: so it is easy for users to manageproduction processes;
(5) Closed type air conditioned control room is available in this Soil MixingPlant: so operators can have a comfortable working environment and reduce laborforce.
