Application
XLPE cable canbe laid in vertical sections, indoors, tunnels and mines. Thisaluminum/copper conductor XLPE cable can bear outer mechanic force and very large tractional force.

General Characteristics
XLPE cable is for use in rated AC voltage (Uo / U) 6/6 ~26 / 35kVsystem transmitting and distributing lines. According to different sheath makeups, they can be used for laying in the air (cable bridges, indoor wallsupports and groove boxes) and in soil (direct burying, cable canals, pipelines,etc.)

XLPE cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable. XLPE cable has excellent electric property,mechanical property, high ageing resisting, environmental stress resisting anti-chemicalcorrosion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operatingof long term temperature. Itcan be laid with no droprestriction. Various types of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can bemanufactured with three technologies(peroxide, silance and irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cablecovers all kinds of low-smoke, low-halogen,low-smoke halogen free, andnon-smoke nonhalogenated and three classes of A, B, C.
Our XLPE cable can be manufactured according to company's specification whichis equivalent to IEC60502, IEC 60 332, and IEC 60 754. Some of the indexes aresuperior to above international standard IEC. Some of special XLPE cable can be manufactured according to the otherstandards required by customs.
XLPE cable having higher long-term working temperature and greater currentrating, at the same environment XLPE cable may be reduced size (nominalcross-section) 1 or 2 class in comparison with paper and PVC cable. This notonly improves the quality and properties of products, but reduces the cable’s productioncosts.

Application

This series of XLPE insulated cable is laidunderground. The XLPE underground cable can bear outer mechanic force, but powercable should not bear large tractional force.
