Floatation Machine
The floatation machine is primarily composed of an electric motor, impeller and scraper. The electric motor drives the impeller to rotate, thus generating centrifugal force and negative pressure which allows the flotation machine to inhale adequate air. The inhaled air will mix with the ore pulp and stir the mixture. Meanwhile, the bubbles are refined, allowing mineral materials to adhere on bubbles. When the mineralized bubbles are floating on the mixture surface, the floatation machine will adjust the scraper blade height to collect the useful bubbles.
Applications
Hongxing floatation machine is mainly used for sorting various metal minerals like gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, aluminum minerals, etc. It is also applicable for separation of ferrous metal and nonmetal materials.
