The ice cream freezing machine is equipped with simple bulking control system, efficient and durable self-cleaning slurry transfer pump, and stable and dependable refrigeration system (all refrigeration control valves are world renowned brand products). The moon pump and related parts are made of high quality materials. Due to the use of forced air supply method to send compressed air into the freezing drum, qualified expansion rate can be acquired by adjusting the quantity of air supply, thereby ensuring the quality of ice creams.
